This site is in the Heidelberg Activity Centre and Aalto is providing development services to the Owner Group working with Council to seek a Permit for a mixed use Office & Residential Project of 76 apartments.
DKO Architecture has designed the building with a set of sensitive planning controls in mind. The project is currently in planning and includes circa 1000m2 of office space and parking.
Aalto is acting a Development Manager for the client.
