The Hull Street Richmond development (currently in planning) consists of 51 residential apartments and associated basement parking with two lift cores due to the step down nature of the Planning Controls. Residential amenity for occupiers to enjoy is on the roof top terrace.
The building is designed by DKO Architecture who have worked intensively on the complex site.
Development Services and being provided by Aalto to the long term owners of the site.
