The RACV Crash Repair Centre in Mitcham was a joint venture with one of Melbourne’s prominent builders. The land was secured and a pre-lease to the RACV for a purpose built Crash Repair Centre was negotiated. It was both pre-leased and pre-sold prior to the commencement of construction for an end value of $5m.
